‘Former KGC commander’ Lee Young-taek joins IBK Kim Ho-cheol division… Female Asia Quarter Tryout Attended

Lee Young-taek, former director of KGC Ginseng Corporation, joins IBK Industrial Bank of Korea as a coaching staff.

IBK Industrial Bank, directed by coach Kim Ho-cheol, made changes to the coaching staff after the end of the 2022-23 season. The existing coaching staff, Ahn Tae-young and Gong Tae-hyun, left, and Lee Young-taek and Kim Jae-hoon, former GS Caltex coaches, filled the vacancy. Coach Ahn Jun-chan and Shin Seung-hwan remain.

Head coach Lee Young-taek continued his career as a player at Korean Air. After his player retirement, he served as Hyundai Engineering & Construction, volleyball team coach, and KGC Ginseng Corporation head coach, and then began acting as KGC Ginseng Corporation manager from the middle of the 2019-20 season.

After being promoted to official manager ahead of the 2020-21 season, he served as the director of KGC Ginseng Corporation for two seasons until the 2021-22 season. He recorded 13 wins and 17 losses in the 2020-21 season and 15 wins and 17 losses in the 2021-22 season. Afterwards, he left KGC Ginseng Corporation as he could not renew the contract. 안전놀이터

Afterwards, coach Lee Young-taek relayed the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) Cup men’s competition held in July of last year on SPOTV, and in the 2022-23 season, he served as coach of Palembang Bank in the Indonesian League for one season.

I have worked with coach Kim Ho-cheol in the men’s volleyball team before, so it’s not unfamiliar. Coach Lee Young-taek is expected to focus on improving the skills of middle blockers while taking on the role of head coach.

Coach Lee Young-taek starts the IBK Industrial Bank official schedule starting with the 2023 Korea Volleyball Federation (KOVO) Women’s Asia Quarter Draft at the Grand Ballroom on the 2nd floor of the Stanford Hotel in Sangam-dong, Seoul on the 21st.
